We bought 93 spindles and collars to replace the wood ones on our 30 year old staircase. NOONE would install them for us. We called the company to ask for names of contractors in the area who have bought these kinds of spindles from them. The closest were 1 and 2 hours away and neither returned our call. All contractors told us they were not comfortable installing thjem because they were too thin, too flimsy (they were hollow).
The company charged us $500 restocking fee! Should be called “our pure profit from you” fee.
We sent them back and the stair refinishing guys sourced us WAY better solid ones for $800 less. That was 40% less than Bezdan for a better product. And they look ten times better than the ones we bought from Bezdan in the first place. Still too bad we are out $500 for no reason.
CAUTION -- to do your research, there are WAY better square stainless balusters out there.
