Second time using Novel care and Mark and his helper installed my Panasonic ductless air conditioning unit and did an absolute excellent job. Professional, friendly, clean and conscientious work that was explained to me at the end in an excellent way. It was superb to deal with as well from the first person who called right through to the financing people and then to Mark the installer. Would recommend to anyone who wants quality
