Very impressed with Novel Care. We reached out as our a/c had broken down 2 years ago ,this summer. We had a sales rep by the name of Tom come by to speak with us about different options we could manage and not only was he knowledgeable in any and all questions we had, he also made us feel comfortable having him in our very busy home with many kids.
