I was pleased when I got a fast appt for routine maintenance.
The tech was pleasant enough.
He wore a mask but no gloves.
I can understand maybe they might be a safety issue or awkward handling equipment.
He did not seem to know how to fix the problem and had to come back a second time but still did not know.
Gave no indication how or when he would know or would be back.
The work order was very vague compared to other companies that I have used.
This makes it difficult if somebody else has to come in afterwards.
I had to call another company for emergency service the following day. They came out within a few hours.
The second company identified the problem and ordered parts. They did not want to put blame on the first tech but the system was working before he serviced it.
Will not use them again.

Since you have not provided your name, we can not locate a file for you and are not sure if you have the right company! We have a customer service at our head-office that deals with any complaints and would have gladly helped you if you had contacted us!
Having said this, I should also indicate that we have different technicians for maintenance and diagnostics! The technicians that do regular maintenance don't have the tools or the expertise to do diagnosis! That is why we always make sure to know whether the client is looking for maintenance or they are looking for diagnoses and trouble shooting!
So even if it was our company you called it seems from your own words that you called for maintenance!
