After contacting another company who left us with a ridiculously high quote and the likelihood of being without heat for a few days we reached out to Novel Care , Jeff who very quickly worked with us to sort out our boiler problem for a much more realistic price and talked us through everything. The technician was very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. We are so appreciative and will for sure be coming back to them for anything else we need in the future.
