I called around to a few different 24/7 boiler repair places after my boiler unexpectedly stopped working late in the evening . Sam at Novel care was the only person to answer my call. He determined the problem and was able to fix it all in one visit. I was very impressed with his speedy response and helpfulness throughout the visit.
