We have used Always Novel Care on a number of occasions to repair and our ductless air conditioner and new boiler, have always been pleased with the service. On this occasion Scott was our technician and he was able to explain to us the problem and the solution. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and we feel lucky that we can call on him for service.
