I met Cory at the Home and Garden show, where we made an appointment for an estimate inspection and I was on my way with brochures of products to be considered. They showed up on time and within a half hour I was told how and where the gas line would be installed and a purchase was made. The removal of the existing, ancient (well, not as old as me), and installation of the new gas insert took just a couple of hours. They were so friendly,
efficient, and careful I was impressed. They took away and disposed of the old insert. It's taken me awhile to get this review done but I have to say I love, love, love having and using this fireplace. Clean, warm and just a click away. Great service, and there for any questions I had.
