Aurora Windows & Doors

We had a great experience with Aurora Windows on installation of a new door and windows on December 7th, 2018.
It started with the salesman almost 12 months ago . He was very patient and worked with our budget to give us a good quality and help in choosing the best design. I never pressured us to sign the contract right away. He knew his product very well and told us the pros and cons of each option.The installation team did an amazing job with professionalism as they were expected to.
The gentleman who was leading the install has a great attention to details and you could tell that he is putting his heart in doing the job.
He answered all my questions and concerns with a smile every time I asked. They left the house spotless.
We love our new door and windows, we are happy we chose this company and highly recommend it.

My doors arrived on time and the two guys that came and did the installation did an excellent job. So far the doors are working well and everyone likes them!!!

We ordered 4 new vinyl awning style windows from Aurora. Their price was very competitive and they quoted us on the options we wanted. The person actually doing the install checked measurements on a second visit. The windows showed up right on the quoted time, and the two installers were pleasant, very neat and professional, and they had the old windows out and new ones installed in less than a day. Quick, complete, and neat. I'd use Aurora and these guys again!

Arrived on time, excellent workmanship. Areas were well protected & areas were all left clean. Vitally & his teammate were pleasant & worked very hard. Operation of window & screens were well explained. Well recommended!

These guys at Aurora windows and doors are the only company I will ever use and will ever recommend!!!! They were very professional and paid every attention to detail. My old window and door (10 years old) were builder grade junk. The guys at Aurora came in removed the old ones installed the new ones and when they were done I couldn't tell if they were even there except for the beautiful door and windows!!!...best of all thier price was the best!!!!!...

We ordered a door from Aurora which we were told it would be 10-12 weeks and it was available in 8 weeks. Felix is one of the happiest nicest people I've dealt with in a long time. His two workers that came to install the door were right on time from wehn they said (between 1 and 3 and they showed up at 1:15). Took them 4 hours to install and it looks absolutely beautiful, we couldn't be happier.
The noise from the street was cut down severely. We got a top of the line fiberglass door with a 3 point locking system, very sturdy and solid. They capped the header for me in the same trim and there was no mess left behind. Thanks again to Felix and his crew, fantastic job. We would recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in the future to replace some windows.

4 windows retrofit installation. good install team. Good company to do business with.
