The walls, ceiling, floors had to be removed. New partitions installed. New windows had to be installed. Only fireplace had to stay as is. The renovation was done not in a professional manner. First they broke the fireplace bricks. Then they cut an opening for a window in a wrong wall. The door to the bedroom was installed on a wrong side and had to be reinstalled. The furness room had to be insulated according to the city standard, but Roman was not able to make it. Wrong electrical cable was put for air conditioner even we provided the proper one. Not even one wall is vertical. Kitchen cabinets and vanity had to be reinstalled. Silicone applied in the bathroom unevenly.

Tyler from Big Rock Landscaping Inc have done steps around the house for my basement apartment 4 years ago. The steps are still in a very good condition. I have also hired him to do front porch, deck and put stone path around the house recently and very happy with that job too.

Hiltz Property Maintenance was hired to clean snow for winter 2020. Cleaned snow once. Never responded again. His phone is disconnected. Pretty expensive for one time. I am very disappointed.

Guys came in time. Professionally completed the job. Biutiful door and very good installation. Thank you very much
