Straight up good job. Excellent roof repair. Now my go to company for future work. I recommend DeLuca roofing.

The shingles on the roof of the church were definitely in need of replacement. I contacted DeLuca for an estimate and from the initial contact and visits from Daniel to the installing crew lead by Andrew to the follow up from John the job went seamlessly. This was one professional and customer oriented group. They understood the unique issues involved in replacing a very steep large church roof. I was impressed by the removal of the old shingles through top installation and clean up of the job site. All done in the scorching heat of the August heat wave. Well done All.

Fast and knowledgeable, took the time to explain the work that was done and I left much more knowledgeable regarding my roof and how vents and flashings are installed. Frank called when he arrived, and let me know the cost and process for a hassle-free experience.

Our salesman, Harley, was patient and knowledgeable and always made himself available for any questions. The job itself did have some hiccups, especially in the communications area between the contract foreman and us due to a multitude of issues, including COVid. We were originally concerned about some aspects of the outcome and the owner of the company, David, contacted us directly regarding this and made arrangements for a follow-up inspection with Wayne. Wayne and David worked with us to resolve the concerns that we had and we now feel extremely confident that DeLuca does and will stand behind their work and products. We would definitely work with them again and we would recommend them to anyone.

Replaced all soffit, fascia and eavestrough due to rotting. I truly appreciate the professionalism by DeLuca but also Wayne and Kirk who arrived earlier every morning to get the job done. They are keen and safety and take pride in the quality of their work. They always leave my property clean.

The job required relocation of hydo wires which which would make it hazardous for them to work. They arrange with the utility company to have it moved. They provided updates/ recommendations on the job as they progress which gave peace of mind.

One thing to note is that DeLuca secured the all the materials for the project through the chaos of the COVID-19 lockdown in the spring when there were shortages. The cost of the job was never an issue as work needed to be done. Other companies were reluctant to give quote because of the height of our home.

I am very pleased with the quality of work completed and rehire and recommend these guys anytime.

We had our roof replaced in early November (during that warm spell) and are more than satisfied with the results. From the estimate Joe provided based on a very thorough roof inspection...to the work completed by Pat and his crew--it was all professional and delivered exactly as promised. Foreman Mike followed up with an inspection and was willing to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Deluca Roofing Inc. for a roofing job!

Needed to replace a remote kitchen blower on the roof and repair the area around the old blower, including sheathing, membrane and shingles as well as seal around the new blower unit once installed. Kirk did an excellent job and really takes pride in his work. We would recommend them for any and all roof work.

Fantastic job from Wayne at DeLuca. We had an unusual situation and Wayne was able to diagnose it and come up with a solution. He was extremely professional and courteous. He kept us informed at all times and did the work quickly and efficiently and on time. I would gladly recommend Wayne to anyone who has a problem area that needs a creative solution.

Joe is a wonderful salesman. He really knows his business, was happy to share information, and was very thorough, inspecting the roof himself and taking photos. The crew, led by Andrew, was here within 3 weeks and worked straight through the day installing new shingles, a solar tunnel, extra vents and bathroom exhaust vents. Very tidy and very careful not to cause damage to prized trees that overhang our driveway when bringing in the dumpster and crane to lift materials to the top of our 3-storey house. The entire process was painless. We love the results.

DeLuca was excellent from start to finish. They were always professional and I was very pleased with how careful they were to clean several times through the day. There was never any debris left at the end of each day or at the end of the job.
Work started as planned and progressed consistently. The house is a duplex and they worked well with both families.
I would recommend this company to anyone.
