Replaced all soffit, fascia and eavestrough due to rotting. I truly appreciate the professionalism by DeLuca but also Wayne and Kirk who arrived earlier every morning to get the job done. They are keen and safety and take pride in the quality of their work. They always leave my property clean.
The job required relocation of hydo wires which which would make it hazardous for them to work. They arrange with the utility company to have it moved. They provided updates/ recommendations on the job as they progress which gave peace of mind.
One thing to note is that DeLuca secured the all the materials for the project through the chaos of the COVID-19 lockdown in the spring when there were shortages. The cost of the job was never an issue as work needed to be done. Other companies were reluctant to give quote because of the height of our home.
I am very pleased with the quality of work completed and rehire and recommend these guys anytime.
