Our salesman, Harley, was great. Believe it was a subcontractor that took down old roof. Cigarette butts and garbage, including nails, left behind. No communication from company regarding timelines, had to call Harley to request after not hearing for couple weeks. Once roof finally completed, no request made to access backyard area to complete cleanup. Had to once again call to have resolved. Believe this may have also been a subcontractor. May be common practice amongst roofing industry to have subcontractors. Didn’t come across as having much oversight. For amount of money spent, roof does not reflect it. We as well as neighbours have commented on quality of roofing which is highly disappointing. We contacted company and was advised will settle better once sun applies heat to it. Gives us concerns over ice or snow getting under shingles allowing them to be torn off if reasonably high winds as still not settled as roofing was done in October. Had to contact company personnel as warranty paperwork was not sent by timeline given to us. It came to our attention company may have been in the process of changes. Possibly due to changes in management, location or ownership combined with COVid, this has not been a fantastic experience. On top of everything, and possibly coincidental, we now have a cockroach problem for the first time in thirty years. We convinced our attached neighbour the research showed this company had excellent reviews and no issues with BBB and pricing was average. We don’t understand what went so wrong.
