Very professional and knowledgeable. Jason (technician) did a thorough check up on our furnace and even checked the filter in our humidifier. Recommended a more suitable filter for both. He explained things in details. This company is good because they offered to check if the parts to be replaced are still on warranty and not like other companies who will just charge and charge you for things that you don’t even need. The repair is not complete yet as of this review. We are still waiting for the parts. We will leave another one after everything is finished. But so far everything is good. It is worth calling them.

My 24 year old Carrier Furnace, A/C and Rheem water heater were on it’s last legs but still working good. They were polite and professional on phone (Natalie).
Jason came that night and replaced the motor. Jason explained everything and did not leave until we were satisfied. Amazing!

Jason arrived on time and explained how our system worked and how to care for it properly. We are first time home owners and really appreciated the time he took to explain everything to us. Jason, as usual was very meticulous and cautious during and after the maintenance for our furnace. He gives recommendations and educates the clients about the best products to use to extend the life of the furnace and Humidifier.
