Our less than 2 year old furnace drain kit was leaking water. Called High Efficiency Cooling and Heating for servicing which was still under warranty. The service technician came the same day. He was very thorough and detailed. He quickly detected the water leak and will order the parts. Aside from performing the furnace maintenance, he also checked our central humidifier (added bonus because he didn't have to do that, much appreciated). Will definitely be using them again for regular annual service maintenance.

It has been 2 weeks since the service call, I had to call back to follow-up on the outstanding parts. Not sure what's going on...
