Technician was prompt (called ahead to say he would be able to arrive earlier). Thoroughly checked outdoor and indoor units. Measured air temperature and electrical current, etc. Provided necessary explanation. He took the added precaution of wearing booties when entering home. Would recommend company.
I had previously received a promo coupon from the company for $50 so was able to use it for this service. Good deal!
