New Furnace and Air-Conditioner installed
Our old furnace has finally retired. After comparing several companies, we settled on High Efficiency, simply because the sales representative, Charton Teng, is the most knowledagable and honest guy who sees every details in our home. After sitting with him for half an hour, we have already learnt a lot. And we have almost made our decision. Charton was not pushy, he left with his offer. Eventually, after visiting the other sales representatives, we have called him later that day. He promptly made some arrangements in order to get our furnace installed in the next day.
Then the next morning, two very polite technicians came together with Charton as scheduled. They delivered fast, professional, neat and clean installation. Our home got warm up again after a few days of cold nights.
To our surprise, Charton has visited our home again the day after the installation to make sure everything is good. We are totally satisfied and sure will recommend them to our friends and family.
