Liam was a very friendly and approachable technician . He arrived as per the scheduled window and attended to the work in a timely manner. At the end of the job he explained all he had done and tested everything to see if was functioning. He left the job site near and tidy when he was done. I would recommend Liam and High Effiency. High Efficiency have been servicing and maintaining my furnace since its installation.
