This is my second time contacting this company for AC repairment. The first job was somewhat satisfying. When another unit of AC broke down, I came to them again.

First of all, on their website, it clearly stated that they serve Toronto. But the scheduling staff said there are limited appointment dates for the downtown area.

On the inspection appointment day, I kept my phone handy until 6 pm Toronto time but never got a callback from the technician. I immediately emailed requesting a update by email, which is reponded with "will do" on the next day. After that, I waited for another three business day and called their number again. I was then informed that I will get a callback from the technical apartment but there is no guarantee of when they would callback. Since I was in a different timezone, I told the staff to write an email instead of calling back if it doesn't happen on the same day.

And, six business days past the appointment, I still didn't get a word about the inspection result. Although the inspection result and quote finally came in my mailbox on the 7th day, I couldn't keep my tenant waiting . At the time, I've already switched to another company who not only inspected the problem on the next day and fixed the problem within a week.
