Our old forced air gas furnace and air conditioning system was giving out, so we decided to replace it all. High Efficiency came up with an excellent new Carrier alternative and helped us take advantage of government subsidies and rebates. Their ace technician later showed us how to use the systems many options most efficiently for greater savings.
One followup: the Carrier unit failed to everyones surprise with just under a year onsite. High Efficiency replaced it entirely promptly and with no charge. Fantastic work as always. Kudos to Harry, Lu, Natalie.
