Billa Appliances

After doing a tonne of research, and gathering a few unsatisfactory quotes, I thought I'd give Billa a try. Arman was a very helpful, no pressure salesperson who helped me to find the machine that I needed.

The delivery team was very personable and professional and went above and beyond to bring the appliance through my rickety, leaking garage.

I couldn't be happier, I will be recommending Billa to friends and family in the future. Thanks again.

It was a wonderful experience to get my appliance from Billa Appliances . I got the best price as compared to other competitors. Customer service is very good I was served by Mr. Prabhjot who was very helpful, his knowledge and input helped me in a great way to select my appliances. Delivery was on time as promised

Buyer beware! We purchased a fridge from the St Clair location. The salesman called to ensure the fridge was in stock before we purchased, and gave us a delivery date of July 4/15 in the morning. We received a call at dinner on July 3 to say the fridge was not actually in stock and they had no idea when it would arrive. We went to the store to cancel our order, since they only had one fridge our size and we needed to buy one ASAP from elsewhere, and they refused to cancel the order. Read the fine print - the bill says that they can delay delivery, and that if you want to cancel they will charge you 20%! The salesman who originally helped us was suddenly very unhelpful. I had to call the owner at the Markham location (Rameesh?) who was actually very nice, but didn't call back when promised. The store's phone line went to voice mail for a whole day, and the voice mail box was full. It was finally determined that the fridge would not be available until the middle of August, and I was able to demand a full refund - after a great deal of stress and time spent. If you read the fine print on your bill you would not buy anything from this store.

I bought a brand-new washer and dryer from Billa Appliance and paid for delivery, pick-up of old units, and installation.

Two guys come by and argues among themselves that they aren't going to pick-up the old washer and dryer. After convincing them that I had paid for that service, the finally agreed to pick it up.

Next, installation: They now turn to me start arguing that they are not going to do the install, even though the sales person said that they would. When they finally agreed, then told me that the dryer vent attachment would need to be replace for an additional $25. I said okay, no problem. They then go searching for the right tools to fix the dryer. After borrowing my tools they turn around and tell me that they don't have any aluminium tape to seal the joints. Anyhoo, after the work was done, they dinged my an extra $5 for the clamps and gaping holes in the dryer vent joints which I was left to fix. And in the process, they screwed around with the water hoses that till today is still dripping.

Finally, the cardboard boxes. They simply refused to take that with them citing that this isn't their job.

They guys are nut-cases on the loose. My new appliances appears to work fine, but the delivery guys professionalism and work ethics lead me think otherwise.

I purchased all of my appliances from them,when I walked in the the store my heart was telling me not to buy from them,but I did not listen to it.The sales men look like crooks they will say any thing to get you'r business, and once they have it then you do not matter any more. Like the previous customer we had a dent on the fridge and some scraches on the range and when we called them they said that they could not do any thing about it.There delivery guys were very rude they were refusing to take the card boards with them an said that it was not part of their job, while we were told buy the sales guy that they would take it away.With out being to nagetive we do not recommend buying from them.

Two men from Billa appliances delivered my "brandnew" fridge with a dent and 2 scratches on it and said they can't do anything for me and left. They also did not come back and take an old fridge I paid for them to pick up.
