The team at Countertop Depot did exactly what they said they would do. The countertop was reasonably priced, service was prompt, communication was excellent and the people were neat and friendly. I would definitely recommend using this company. Thank you for helping us enhance our bathroom- we appreciate it!

The team at The Counter Depot are absolutely amazing. Nancy was full of smiles and full help whenever I entered the show room, or talk to her on the phone and she always answered my emails full of questions! The installation team of Jason and Shane blew me away. So professional, so pleasant and so full of suggestions to help give us the look we wanted. Working so efficiently through the installation.

Picked out what we wanted, got a quote the same day. Ordered our countertops and was given a date for measuring and a follow up date for installation. We had to delay due to cupboards not coming in time. They worked with us around a new date and everything went smoothly. Very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Installers Shane and Jason were efficient and educated on product, leaving our kitchen neat and clean. Thanks everyone for a job we are very please with.

Awesome service. We were very happy with the help and advice we got from co-owner Melissa. The deadlines for measuring and installation were right on. The installers, Jason and Shane, were very professional. We will definitely use Countertop Depot again.

Lets just say that they have the absolute worst customer service. Melissa (one of the owners) is the rudest person Ive ever had to deal with. She talks down to you and makes you feel like youve done wrong when in fact, the error was on their end. They need to learn how to take accountability for their errors and learn how to compensate their customer for all the inconveniences theyve caused. I would NEVER EVER recommend them, not even to my worst enemy

We were very pleased with all aspects. We were given great advice when choosing our top and sink. When the set up the schedule for the measuring and installing it went exactly as planned. All personnel we met were very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for everything.

Thank you to the staff at The Countertop Depot. It took me months of trying to find a countertop that I would love and for it to have the "Wow" factor. After much patience, Ingrid was most helpful by listening to my needs and between her suggestions we came up with the perfect combination. We were very pleased right from the start with the office staff for their professionalism, to Al coming out in a timely fashion to take measurements, to Ted & Jeremy for their perfection and meticulous installation. We had a bit of a hiccup with one area of countertop but that was addressed and handled immediately. I would definitely recommend The Countertop Depot and will definitely be using their services in the future. Thanks to Sarah for dealing with my phone calls, Ingrid for her perfect recommendation of countertop, Al for his accurate quoting and measuring and to Ted and Jeremy who did a top notch professional installation. I came into their showroom in Guelph with my wife wanting a quality solid countertop. The staff helped me with the style. I had to change the scheduled appointment. They quickly called me back with another appropriate time. The installers were friendly, helpful and very respectful of my home. All in all, the staff at Countertop Depot listened well, were responsive to our needs and took great care in installing our counter. We look at our kitchen every day and are more and more impressed with the way it looks. I wish all contractors were so easy to deal with.
