I took my power head in as I was having an issue with it and after they changed the belt and cleaned it up we were talking about buying a new one. Youssef showed me another power head that was more powerful and was highly recommended I decided to go with this, he was not pushing me and not pressuring me, he was so friendly and very knowledge. I would highly recommend there company, they gave me credit from my old power head towards the new one I was very surprised that they could offer me that and I appreciate it.

This is the third time we have been into this family run business to purchase a vacuum and every time we have been so impressed with the service.

Very professional and we will definitely go back and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vacuum.

Impressive. I chose these guys by reviews I saw online and it was the right call. He showed up on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me my options in detail. There was no pressure. I ended up needing a new vacuflo system. He set up an appointment with me 3 days later (have yet to have it installed but will soon). I would not hesitate to recommend this company. For the owners who may see this, I believe his name is Muhammad.
Update: Muhammad came back today to install the new system in the same courteous, timely manner he had initially. The new system is great! He shook my hand upon leaving. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

These guys are amazing. I was able to get my SEBO power head fixed and at the same time they neatly tied my hose cover at no extra cost. The techs here pay attention to detail and the service is quite nice. Definitely recommended.

Took an older Electrolux central vacuum canister to Vacuum Specialists in Calgary, assuming the motor was seized. Moe confirmed my diagnostic, recommended a couple options, explained why it happened, offered some newer options to prolong it's life, and had it fixed and out the door in about 45 minutes. All at a very fair price. Would highly recommend this company, due to their knowledge, professionalism and the manner in which they handled the whole situation. Far exceeded my expectations. Thanks

I had a new Beam central vacuum installed today by Vacuum Specialist. After the installation the technician spent time going over how to use it properly and reviewed all the attachments. Wow! I will recommend this company.

I have been to Vacuum Specialists on Center Street in Calgary 3 times for repairs in the past 10 years. First two times my vacuum was repaired in a timely manner, the service was excellent, and the price was fair.
On my most recent visit, I had dropped my Dyson stick vacuum and I thought I had broken it. I took the appliance to Vacuum specialists and they put it back together in under 5 minutes. No charge.
This is an established business, I will return next time I am in need of repairs.
