Our recent 2 hour information session with Yusef was spent discovering (and eventually purchasing) the vacuum system that suited our needs. He was knowledgable, very patient and he quickly understood what we needed. What a contrast from the department or big box department stores! It was probably our best retail experience of 2017.

Greg was very helpful finding quality maintainable replacement accessories for my vacuflo. Got the sebo et-1 and Wessel Werk power nozzles. Taught me some useful maintenance for my vacuum too. He was flexible and easy to deal with even when I had to rush away part way through our interaction to pick up my daughter. No excessive salesmanship just useful information. Nice to go into a store where the people working there know their product and have your interests in mind, not a personal commission. (the new sebo power nozzle is a dream to use and cleans far better than to the turbo cat zoom it replaced. The wessel werk stair tool is easier to use than the Rugrat.

I bought a Royal carpet cleaner the other day. Fantastic carpet cleaner!!!!!! Sucks up the dirt and water excellent. Carpets are left quite dry and really clean. Couldn't ask for a better machine. I went over my carpets as stated in the brochure and it sucked stains out like you wouldn't believe!!!!
The staff at Vacuum specialists and super helpful and Greg - is a great person to deal with. My daughter was there last week with a vacuflo to be repaired and they said they could do it but gave her options and lots of information. She left with the better deal - a new hose and power head.
Deal with this company!!! You won't be disappointed - fantastic company and even more fantastic people!!!!!

We have been a Vacuum Specialists customer for around 20 years and yesterday is the first time we needed servicing of anything. The issue was with a new power head that we had purchased a few months ago (related to the rotating brushes) and as I had hoped the service was BETTER THAN EXCELLENT!!!

It was very nice to see that they 110% stand behind their quality products and as busy as the shop was yesterday I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!

We took our vacuum in for repair or replacement. He was very busy so we decided to get a new one. He was appalled that we were not going to fix the old one because it was far cheaper to repair. We explained it had been broken for a while and really need a working unit. He looked it over...then came back and said be back in an hour. Surprised we left...came back and it was fixed. Amazing customer service. I am not one to lavish praise however I can't say enough good things about what I saw and experienced at this place. Run...don't walk here to get your work done. Exceptional guy this Abdo Abourmourad is. I will say it again...very impressed. Highly recommend him and his company.

Spent a lot of time looking on line until it dawned on me to call
this local company. Youssef was quite knowledgeable and after
e-mailing him a photo of the item (just in case) as he didn't wish
me to drive up there for nothing he called me to say YES we have

After having problems with my 30+ year old built in vacuum, I found a replacement at Vacuum Specialists who not only helped finding a suitable replacement, also made the necessary modifications to the unit so that it could be installed using my existing circuit and wiring. The installation went smoothly with the Mohammad, the installer, being exceptionally knowledgeable and capable, while ensuring all my specific installation requirements were met. He even took the time to check and ensuring that all the valves and vac pans were functioning properly. Job well done!
