Without any dispatch fee, the technician inspected and gave us a quote. We think the price is reasonable, so we called back and asked them to come again. Professional technician Daniel came on Saturday. He did not only solve our problem, also gave us some valuable suggestions. He is efficient and skillful. It is our first time using Mr. Rooter, the only drawback is they are a little bit late than the scheduled time.
