Cory was very friendly, professional, courteous, helpful, did exactly what we asked to make our tree look good again. We had specific parts of the tree that we wanted trimmed and not trimmed to provide a branch, leave wall between our kitchen window and neighbours' kitchen window across the backyard fence. He quoted a fair price and honoured the quote.

I agreed to pay Cory to remove leftover roots from a spruce tree removal and stump grind that was done a couple of years ago. After he left I cleared away all the chips and found that the biggest root of them all was not ground out. Totally missed. The roots that were taken out by Corey were miniscule in comparison. And the root was very visible before grinding started. I tried to remove it myself but could not. I texted Cory and called and left a message multiple times and he did not get back to me. Totally ignored me. I then contacted other tree and stump removal people and had someone come in to remove it. I was charged half of what Cory charged me for twice the work using a much bigger and better and expensive grinder. Cory had the gall to tell me they are more of an arborist (which he is not technically) and not really stump grinders. Then why charge me twice what the other guy charged me if its not work you are good at? Picture of the root that was missed is attached.

Its hard to express how disappointed I am with their work. They absolutely decimated our large trees. They were asked to clean things up and basically chainsawed our massive trees down to 4 foot stumps. They provided no estimate explaining what they would do, their receipt is literally 3 words. They did not listen and provided horrible work. I would recommend avoiding this group.
