Our builder used this company to do our flooring. When we moved in the had to come and fix the underlay that made our floor creak. He dented my brand new fridge with his hammer the first day and didn't even say anything!! It took 4 visits to get it everything done right and to get all the right colour matching transition pieces. The man who came was not very professional and even left his lunch garbage on my table one day. Everything did get fixed eventually, but I was not impressed with the service. Perhaps it was simply this one guy who came to our house, but it was pretty disappointing.
