Rick was there a few days later and identified two areas of concern. He booked a repair, advised me that I could save some cost by opening the wall myself, and showed me the area to open up. When Chad and his crew arrived, they did a thorough inspection and discovered that only one area needed to be repaired, cutting the cost of the final bill by half. They fixed the crack quickly, inspected the rest of the foundation and advised me of other areas to watch and some repairs I could do myself, and cleaned up everything. Throughout the whole process, I was impressed with TCS's professionalism and service.
