Winmar

Worst service ever. Hakan and his crew were uncooperative at the best of times, and rude most of the time. No idea of what good customer service means. Calls were not returned, ever, and had to be re-called. Eventually had to get our lawyer involved to gain access to the apartment (as a number of other tenants did). Winmar then wanted our insurance company name and policy number (I presume to (over)bill for services) which was refused. Our insurance company had similar issues and used their legal team to get them to act. Once we gained access, some items had been removed (this was a secured site), and Winmar blamed the tenant (me) as having taken them - somehow before I even had access. I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE! Stay away from them and choose a different restoration company!
