Livingston Carpet & Flooring

I hired this team to remove the carpet in my house and replace it with laminate flooring. It was good but I found that there was a lack of interest in the end. The edges seem to be falling apart, I am not happy with the end result. Not the best service.

I went to the Livingston Carpet & Flooring company for advice on flooring options and installation tips. The employees were very knowledgeable and polite. They provided me with great advice and the best options for laminate floors. They delivered what I purchased from them on time to my house. No complaints. Great service.

The Livingston Carpet & Flooring team did an excellent job taking out an old carpet and installing a brand new one. The carpet looks perfect. They followed up afterwards making sure that everything was up to our standards. They are very nice and professional. I have already recommended them to family and friends!

We needed carpet replaced on our stairs. Install was done within a few days of my visit to the store. Shortly thereafter, we encountered a flood in our home. After I contacted them to replace the carpet, they had someone onsite to remove the affected carpet the same day. The new carpet was installed within a few days of that. Overall good service.

No customer service, not installed well, installers had a massive fight with each other while they were here making me very uncomfortable, they subcontract the installation out. They don't follow up to ask how it went, I had to call twice with problems which they attempted to fix one by sending the installer back out and again no one from the store has called to ask if I'm now happy. Will never use again or suggest you do either. Our belief in supporting the local family company over the multi nation chain has not worked for us this time AND they were not even the cheapest.

Livingston installed all the carpets in the upstairs bedrooms and a portion of our basement, in the play area. They did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the work they did. The crew was very nice and knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was good except the cleaning up. I am not very happy for that. I did pay for the cleaning up fee but they only took two-third of the old carpets away as their van had no room/space. They didn't come back to pick up the rest. I had to take care myself.

The owner Mr. Livingston who is an extremely nice person. He offered us a very good deal so that we can keep the carpet style which we were really like.

This job was basic, but I think they did a quick and good job. After going in and picking what we wanted they came in and put the runner on the stairs. They gave us exactly what we wanted and expected, at a good price. I would recommend Livingston.

Livingston did an excellent job installing wall-to-wall carpeting in one room of my house. There was a non-removable desk in the room and they did a great job working around it. I would definitely use them again.
