Livingston Carpet & Flooring

Livingston installed some some hardwood floors in my home and did some carpeting too. As far as the carpeting goes, no complaints. However with the hardwood flooring, it was not done as well as the carpeting. I think that one of the guys was not as good as the crewmember in charge. We ended up having to go to someone else to get it fixed up after they completed the job.

This is the second time we’ve used Livingston and they did a great job. Everything about it was great the quality, the price. They were pretty neat workers overall, just a few bits of carpet needed to be vacuumed up after they left.

We have used Livingston for a number of jobs in two of our homes. They have provided quality products and competitive prices each and every time we have used them. When area rugs are returned they look brand new!!! I would recommend them to family and friends.

We had driven by Livingston Carpets many times and a friend of my wife had also used them . When it came time to replace the carpet in the basement that is where we went. They did a great job overall and everything was done in just 3-1/2 hours so we were happy.

Livingston installed wall to wall rugs in our long hallway and a runner down the stairs. They had previously installed a large area rug in our living room years earlier. We returned to them because they do excellent work at a terrific value. Always professional!!!

I've had Livingston carpet install carpets in my home twice in my basement (we had a flood) and once in my living room. Their prices are reasonable and they are friendly and accommodating. I could have used a bit more communication on when the installers were going to arrive. They were a little late but I had to call and ask where they were. I would have preferred they were a little more pro-active and just called to let me know they were running behind. Ultimately the job was done well and I was satisfied with the carpets.

We were putting our house up for sale and decided to replace the carpet to make the house look as good as possible. Our real estate agent's interior design person recommended Livingston to us as a good place to go and we can't dispute that. Everything was done on time and well and the guy we were dealing kept on top of the job to make sure everything went according to plan. We ended up selling the house and everyone seemed to really like the carpet so we are satisfied.

We purchased carpet from Livingston and had it installed throughout our entire house. Generally the experience was very good and the end result was nice but they hire out installers who are independent contractors and the one they sent to us was a little surly. We live in Oakville so we can't put our old carpet out with the trash at the end of the week, it has to be hauled away. Livingston said that wasn't a problem and they would arrange for it to be taken out but on arrival the installer said he wouldn't take it. We had to call Livingston to have them tell the installer to take it. I had a couple scraps of old carpet hanging around in the house I was hoping he would haul away too but he only took away what he had torn out. All in all the job was fine it was just the details with the installer that might have been improved.

I have dealt with Livingston carpets on several houses that I have renovated over the years and continue to use
the Livingston crew because of their professionalism. Easy to get a hold of if there is a problem, pro active in communications and Proud of their product. I like them enough to recommend them to my friends in business and for their homes. Carpets, hardwood and laminates all well done.

I dealt with Bernie and Gary at Livingston's for new carpet for the stairs.Once I picked out the carpet the install was a couple days later. The installer was prompt and very neat and tidy, cleaning up after himself. I'm very happy with how my stairs look. Give Livingston's a call!
