We purchased 2 Regency Horizon gas inserts from Vaglio Fireplace two years ago and we're still very happy with our selection. Angus and the rest of the staff were very accommodating throughout the initial process and promptly returned our calls regarding any questions or concerns we had about the installations. They provided great recommendations and very informative feedback. The installers were friendly, professional and very diligent in their task. And again when called upon to do a recent maintenance check-up. I would strongly recommend their services.
