Left this object with understanding that it would be done that afternoon. Not so. I was then told they didn't know when it would be done but would get back to me the next day. Next day came and no call back. On the third day I called and again was told that they didn't know when they would do it - Anyway I went back and claimed the object.
Good business practice would be to tell the customer if the job is just too low priority to do - or give them an expected completion date.
