Previous Owner hired this company to replace all windows in this house. We asked them to come and quote us for the replacement of a basement window. The estimator who came out was very personable and nice. We felt comfortable with him and agreed to hire them for the replacement. The guys that came did a great job and they were very nice. Highly recommend!!!

10 years ago, Ontario Sunshine replaced the windows and patio door at the back of our house. Recently we acquired their services again to replace all the remaining windows without any hesitation. Highly recommended!

I purchased 5 windows, including 2 Bays, from Ontario Sunshine. Don was very knowledgeable and patient when answering my many questions. Penny was very efficient and pleasant in her handling of all the paperwork and additional questions. Mario is meticulous and did a wonderful job installing the windows. Very happy with the North Star Windows. They are very efficient at cutting out noise, have very smooth operating mechanisms, amazingly easy screen installation and look very nice. Can't comment on condensation or cold efficiency as it has been mild. Quoted price was very competitive. Windows and installation were well worth cost. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We used services of Ontario Sunshine Services Inc. several times in the last few years. Over this time they changed all windows in our house. The last "session" was this summer and they changed for us 2 windows (one of them is a bay window) and a patio door. They did a great job. On time, with great attention to details. Everything was done very accurately, keeping the working area clean during and after the job. I also have to mention their responsiveness - when we reached out to them for this job, scheduling the job etc. - they responded very quickly.
We are very happy with the job they did. And if we ever need to do any other window/door job, we will go straight to them.

Ont Sunshine recently replaced our front bay window and skirt. Looks great! In our experience, their installers are very detailed and do a professional job. This is the third project that Ont Sunshine has done for us (they previously replaced all of our rear ground level windows, patio door and basement windows). We have always been satisfied with the results and are happy with our Northstar windows. Thank you for great work at a reasonable price Don and Penny!

After procrastinating too long about changing a 7' by 5' window, we spoke to two neighbors who gave us a recommendation about Ontario Sunshine Services Inc.. We contacted them, had a visit from Don , most helpful and the new window was installed August 21st.
We love it, why did we put it off for so long. The installers were excellent, not only putting back up the Venetian blinds but the sheers with all those hooks.
Thanks also to Penny for keeping us informed with dates etc. You all did real good and deserve to stay busy.

The best service I've ever had in this industrial. I installed my windows/doors with this company two year ago, and found a gap in one of the corners last Sunday, I sent an email to the owner in the afternoon of Sunday, and received the feedback within 2 hours and the installer Marcel came and fixed it on Monday, Marcel also inspected all windows/doors to make sure they are all good. Never had this kind of responsible service in this industry before.
Very Appreciated to their service and already recommended them to my friends.

We highly recommend Penny, Don and the installation team for Ontario Sunshine. This is the second set of windows they have done for us and we have been very pleased with their products and services both times. The installers did their work with minimal disruption and were very tidy. The finishing work was done very professionally.

I used the company because the owner /sales person was nice to talk to, however I regret with my choice of the company after they installed the windows I ordered. There were two workers who did the installation. They were not professional. One window was big and heavy and to be installed on second floor. I was so worried that the guy would fall any minute, as he did not have protection harness and he was not strong enough to handle the window, and I had to lend my hands for the work. The finishing job did horrible- the seals were patched rough & ugly that I have been embarrassed to let guest to see. A big regret `0`

The first job Sunshine services did for me involved the repair and replacement of a large, smashed window. Their estimate was the lowest of the 4 quotes I had requested and much lower than the company that had recently installed all 28 windows at the triplex. The job was done to my complete satisfaction but in addition to this service, what impressed me greatly was the way the lady in the office handled me as the customer. She convinced me that they appreciated my business and were anxious to make sure I was happy that I had chosen them to do the job. That was 3 years ago so when I needed repair to a small bathroom window, I phoned the original installer and was told that they no longer represented that company so they could no longer obtain the parts in order to honour the contract. I looked up my old repair bill and phoned Sunshine. Once more, I was impressed with how my request for help was handled by their office and once again, Don provided service that deserved mentioning to anyone needing such service.
I have been a property owner and landlord in Ottawa for over 20 years and have had the need for many services. Sunshine Services is a family business that deserves solid consideration when a customer is in need of the skills they provide.
