Imperial Paddock Pools Ltd

I went 4 weeks ago with my dad to paddock pool company. We were looking to buy parts to fix his pool. He had pipes that had cracked over the winter. We met with Stephen who was very pleasant to deal with. We asked just out of curiosity how much would they charge to fix it for us. He proceeded to ask a lot of questions and we also brought the parts with us that were cracked. He let us know that it would be about $500-$600 at that point my dad and I agreed to let them do it. He asked for credit card information and told us it would be a week or two before they could get to it. We agreed that that timeline was fine. After two weeks we have not heard from them at all. I called and was told somebody would call me back two days later no callback. So I called back again I was told the same thing somebody would call me back. No call back three days later. I called again they said they would send somebody the following day. We were very happy to hear that news I called my dad the next day and asked how far the guy is a long on fixing it. My dad said there’s nobody there or somebody came and looked around and left. I called the pool company again and was told the price was now $1600-$1900.I was shocked and said it has now been 4 weeks and the quote is no where near the original quote! I was told the original quote was a rough estimate. I said that’s ridiculous it’s not even close and then I was told the person that gave us the quote was not qualified to do so he worked in parts department. So unprofessional of them to not take ownership of their mistake from their employee! I have now lost four weeks of the summer and they did not even seem to care! If they had just been honest from the beginning it wouldn’t of been any problem at all we could’ve just tried to do it ourselves like we wanted to in the first place! I’m in the customer service industry and this is the worst customer service I think I’ve ever dealt with! I would never recommend dealing with your Business due to the lack of care of your customers time and general respect!!!

Cleaned green pool over 2-3 days, added chlorine and ph adjust. Great service and very friendly office staff.
Very helpful finding parts for my older Buster Crabbe pool and filter. Have good selection of older stuff hidden in their stores or know where to get it. Been using them for 25 years.

We had a couple of major issues with them. One of those major issues happened early. Our pool boy opened two valves in our pool room that ended up costing us over $1000 in water loss right before the summer drought in 2015. He didn't know what the valves were for he just opened them. It was around half a million gallons of water lost. One of the owners (Ken) came to our property and stated we would be compensated for half of the loss but we never saw a dime. They have provided us with prompt service and are always friendly and ready to answer our questions. They come to clean our pool and drop off the required chemicals. They have also installed a pump and filter. All I can say is the are the ultimate pool people.

Friendly and helpful. Provided suggestions for improving the system.
Gave troubleshooting advice on the phone. Arrived on time and cleaned up after the work was completed. Provided support after the job was done.

I have used this company to maintain my pool; they are professional, very punctual and always make sure my pool looks 100%! I would use them again if we moved to another place with a pool and or hot tub.

Our old pool was in need of all new equipment. We took several bids for the work which included a new Jaqndy heater, Hayward pump and filter and a total repiping and re-venting. The job turned out great and the new equipment not only filters and heats at a fraction of the price it used to cost. Thanks ..What a Great Crew
