Mermaid Pools And Hot Tubs

Our family has wanted a hot tub for four years; we visited Mermaid every year (a few times a year) because we have a swimming pool, would chat with Chris Bjornestad, one of the hot tub sales reps, and would leave. Finally this year we took the plunge. We did our homework over the internet, visited several dealers in the area and went back to Chris and bought a tub. Why Mermaid? They have offered us great service for our in-ground pool (not installed by them) for over fourteen years. Whenever we spoke with Chris, he patiently answered our questions, gave us the pros and cons (even of Mermaid's products), did not disrespect his competitors' products, and treated us graciously every time we came in, even though he had not made a sale to us in the past. At the end of the day, Mermaid's service record with us, and Chris' no-pressure attitude were the points that helped us make our decision. We are enjoying our hot tub immensely. Thank you!
