What sets Pre-Lock apart is their service. When I was away on a business trip, there was a problem with the system and my wife called Pre-Lock after-hours. A technical on-call showed up soon after and addressed the issue. It's not often when a situation like that happens, but if it does - it's re-assuring to know you don't have to wait a week to get an issue fixed.

We recently decided to upgrade our aging alarm system. Pre-Lock went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They even went beyond what we have discussed and made the system much more secure. The installers were all very knowledgeable and professional. We love the control and the configurability the new system provides.
