Edward did a great job of removing the old dishwasher, connecting the new one, inspecting all the connections and nicely re-routing the drain hose. He also gave us a lot of valuable advice on maintaining our appliances. Overall - a great experience!

What sets Pre-Lock apart is their service. When I was away on a business trip, there was a problem with the system and my wife called Pre-Lock after-hours. A technical on-call showed up soon after and addressed the issue. It's not often when a situation like that happens, but if it does - it's re-assuring to know you don't have to wait a week to get an issue fixed. We recently decided to upgrade our aging alarm system. Pre-Lock went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They even went beyond what we have discussed and made the system much more secure. The installers were all very knowledgeable and professional. We love the control and the configurability the new system provides.

When we met Brent at the house, he said he “will dissect it” and that’s exactly what he did. He checked absolutely everywhere, including the roof, even though it was raining. He pointed to all the issues he found and gave us helpful hints on how to resolve them. Brent also showed he has a good sense of humor and was a pleasure to work with!
