I was looking to replace my 20 plus year furnace and AC. After engaging with multiple dealers, I choose Maple Air for my new furnace and AC. Farzad (Sales person) assessed my house and recommended Carrier brand furnace and AC with different price package to match with my budget. Farzad provided detail information on product, warranty and after sales service and rebate for each package. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. As soon as I decided to make a deal with them, Farzad was quick to set up a installation date. Farshid and his colleague (installer) arrived before time on installation day and did a great job. After installation, they clean up the place and left the place nice and tidy. They (installer) were really respectful and after installation explain how the product would work. I'm truly happy with their services.
