Carrier heat pump installed by Maple Heating and Cooling is faulty. Their technicians are unable to correct the problem. Pump stops working suddenly, and leaves the house cold. Don't buy this heating pump, it doubled my heating bill last winter. They continue to promise, it will work, but it didn't all winter long last year. I have shut it down and have no hope it will ever work. All of the money lost.
