Gerry's Seamless Troughing

I needed to have existing damaged eavestroughing replaced and leaf filtering screens added in front of my home. I also needed to have an existing downspout moved from the side of my home, into the back yard.
In both situations, water was leaking and creating puddles in the summer and dangerous icy spots in the winter. I needed to have these problems fixed BEFORE winter arrived!
I emailed Gerry's with photos of the existing trough, and got a phone call only after a couple of weeks.
But the site visit and written quotation happened within a few right days after that.
I received a written quotation on the spot at a competitive price. The actual installation occurred within two weeks after the site visit.
I am pleased with their ability to come do the work in a timely manner, the good people that did the work and the quality of their work. They are clearly experienced in their domain and I would be happy to use their services again in the future and to recommend them to other clients.

We have a ramp for wheelchair use, and Gerry's troughs have a big gap right above the top of the ramp at the entry through the front door, making it leak and then freeze when it gets cold.

This makes the ice on the ramp and entry dangerous for both the wheelchair, as well as for the nurses that visit about 5 times per week.

We have called and called and can never reach anybody live, having to leaves messages explaining the situation, especially as it relates to the wheelchair and frequent nurse visitors. Finally Gerry's did send somebody who said that they fixed the problem. However, we took photos to show the ice is still forming and leaking and they have since ignored us.

This has been a very frustrating experience since the situation is dangerous for everyone involved, and yet they will not return our calls. We do not recommend them.
