We have just recently moved to Toronto. Our furnace had decided to stop working on a Sunday when the weather was in the "minus". We went onto Homestars website to search for a reliable Vendor for the service. We called Spring Home and spoke to George. George showed up at our door within 2 hours and found out that our furnace was beyond repair. George had given us a price quote the same day. Our furnace was replaced the next day and we had heat again! Thanks to George and his team for the quick service and the wonderful installation job done! I called Cy at Spring Home Heating based on other reviews and also a recommendation. He provided a very competitive quote and was able to install an air purifier and new humidifier two days later. The guys that came were punctual, professional, and cleaned up after themselves, and their work looked very neat and professional. While they were working they noticed a problem with the exhaust pipe on the hot water tank and repair that as well with no additional cost. They explained how everything worked after the installation was complete. Cy even followed up a couple of days after the installation to make sure it was ok. I will definitely call them back when it's time for a new air conditioner!

I contacted Spring Home for installation of a central humidifier. Cy provided a very competitive quote and I decided to go with them due to their high rating on homestar. I couldn't be any happier with my decision. The technician came on time and the installation was a breeze. He answered all of my questions and concerns and explained to us how everything works. I would definitely use them again for my future hvac projects and recommend them to my friends and family.

I contacted Spring Home in an emergency situation to replace my boiler. Even though this is not the best time for this sort of work they dealt with our problem very courteously and professionally from their first visit to give us an estimate right up to completion of the installation.

I got the Lenox central air conditioning and the unit is very efficient and quiet. The two stage compressor has long run cycles in the low mode. The home stays evenly cooled (even on hot and muggy days)

Ours is an older home in south-east Scarborough, very close to the lake, and was in desperate need of a heating and cooling system that could meet a variety of our needs. Cy came to see us within days of my initial phone call to him, and he spent a good two hours with us discussing our home and all of the options that best fit our needs. After getting two more quotes, we decided that Cy had presented us with the best solutions and price, plus we simply liked his honest, straightforward demeanor the best. He was very flexible and understanding in booking our installation date with us. On that date, his team arrived in a timely manner and worked tirelessly all day to complete our installation. The work done was clean, as they took care not to cause damage to our house (I.e. floors and walls), and they swept up very well after themselves. The furnace has been working very well over the last month that we've had it, and we look forward to the air conditioner working equally well come the summer. Cy doesn't consider the job complete until all equipment has been checked and calibrated during its working season, so we know he will be at our house come June to make sure that all is well with the a/c. He has been more than reasonable with our questions and concerns, and it has been a pleasure to work with him.
