I called Sam, and explained to him that i HATE sales people. Always puffing and blowing smoke until something goes wrong. We spoke for a while over the phone and i explained what i wanted. There was nothing wrong with our existing hvac system, but being the original builder units and almost 20 years old, i knew it was only a matter of time. He came out and did a site inspection and we discussed various options. I decided to go with a complete Trane system with variable motor speed for both furnace and AC. His guys came out on the scheduled date and did a fantastic job.
I really like Sam, he's super personable and i could tell right away, he listens to what the customer wants, offers his honest advice and is super personable. When you spend $15k+ you need to have confidence in your chosen contractors. I'd give them 15 stars if i could!
