WOW ... From the first contact with Reception through to two different service calls I had requested - one for the Duct Cleaning - thank you Cody and Kyle and the second for Furnace and AC tune-up - thank you Rob, I was VERY impressed. Everyone was very professional, personable, all protocols followed and everything explained to me in terms I could understand. For future work, that would help our furnace run more efficiently, it was information - no hard sell as with previous technicians/companies. There have been several different companies and trades people working in our furnace. Rob worked with it all which I noted as the 2 previous companies struggled or were completely flummoxed by all the additional wiring. So nice to find a company of experienced professionals.
