Arpi's changed two furnaces. Its was expensive, but I received multiple quotes, and they were competitive. With Costco discount, they were cheaper. I read the reviews here and so it was an easy decision.
They send their 'PM' to assess my house for proper size and the work that would be required. The provided quote covered everything, including re-placing the exhaust pipes to meet code and meeting city inspections. The service guys were just great, very professional and very considerate. It's an expensive proposition to replace furnace, but they say quality of installation is more important than the quality of furnace manufacturer. With Arpi's you don't have to sweat it, just stay warm!
