**Very impressed with Arpi's service and product.**
The technicians were friendly and arrived precisely on time. Since they needed access to our furnace room, they immediately laid down protective coverings on our hardwood floor and carpeted basement stairs. The work was finished in the amount of time suggested. I was asked to complete a checklist before the technicians left, which made sure I had all the necessary information about our A/C product and installation.
