Fire & Water Damage Restoration review in

We hired them to come and fix a leak in the water main. The plumber came and fixed the leak, no problem. He took off the ground wore for grounding the electricity in the house and couldn't put it back. He said it was all rusty and had to be replaced. I thought that he could hAve told me before he started. We had to hire pete the electrician and spending an extra $175 for his 15min visit.

Unfortunately when we change a main valve there is no way to tell (and certainly not something a customer thinks to mention) if the ground wire is old and if there is no extra wire-we change many main valves and this does not occur often, but when it does for safety and keeping to code we have an obligation to have an electrician fix this issue-
