I was pleased with the service . It began with a prompt call to us a requested for a quote to replace shingles on our roof. The next day we had our quote. The quote was the best we had and most importantly the work was done by a well qualified and experienced team. They worked very hard despite the exceptionally warm temperatures . The company provides a 10 warranty on their workmanship as well.

I have had Shaw Renovations build a garage, fence, put facia around my windows and replace my shingles. This company is truly reliable and they guarantee their work. They are prompt, professional, friendly, neat, and always ensure you are satisfied with the work completed.

From the estimate, to the delivery of the shingles, to the removal of the old shingles, to the installation of the new shingles to the follow-up after installation, Shaw did an excellent job. All personnel were professional, well dressed, clean and through. They did a very professional job. A well skilled team arrived and completed the job very quickly and at the estimated cost. Site clean up was through and professional. Management provided a through and professional estimate and follow up after completion.

These guys make no sense to me and I certainly wouldn't be running my business like they do.

Jonothon went to bat for me with my insurance company following hail damage and and Simon was diligent to make sure the renos were specific to my liking. But there are two very small matters that need attention, two full years after the storm and both REFUSE to answer my calls or texts. And the messed up thing is these issues are a few hundred dollars. If they choose to fix it I'll hand over the last cheque I have from my insurance company which is for a substantially higher amount. You don't want to finish the work so you can get paid??? Ummmm....ok.....

The two men that worked on my fence/deck stairs, were fast, efficient, completed the job in two days. My neighbours were really impressed with the workmanship, I would recommend this company for your construction needs.

Shaw is an excellent company! Jonathan came out and provided a quote, meeting me on my schedule and walking me through all the work that would happen and what his recommendations were. They worked with me to figure out the best time to do the work and they were awesome keeping in communication with me. The crew were respectful, and did an awesome job on the new roof. They cleaned up after themselves, including running a magnet to collect any nails that may have flown into the ground. Fast, and thorough I would recommend them for any work you need done.

They built a deck in my backyard. They did a very nice job with attentions to details and the crew were nice and respectful. The job was done in short time and they were clean and tidy.

After getting estimates from several businesses, I found a flyer from Shaw Renovation and Construction Company in my mailbox and gave them a try. I was instantly impressed by Philippe. The fellow they sent out to look at my old roof, who gave me the estimated cost.
Philippe was so nice to talk and Marco and his crew really know about what to do and how to do. Philippe estimated the cost to meet my need and I was very impressed.
My shingles were old and worn and I needed a complete roof upgrade. For months I called a few roofing companies for estimates and felt that Shaw Renovations offered the best value. I felt that their quote was the most inclusive and offered the best products for the job. Everything is included in one quote, no surprises during the process. They do not try to up-sell you like some other companies. Philippe was personable and never came off as a gullible. Apparently Phillips has been in this business for a while, he spoke about the materials he was providing, and certain work to be done perfectly.
This roof replacement is a one time deal for me and I wanted it done right with very high quality of work and materials. I felt assured this would be the case after the initial meeting. I was very impressed with Philippe and his team from quote through completion. The communication before, during and afterwards has been excellent. They are only a phone call away and I can tell that they stand behind their work. In the event that we have a problem, I am confident that Philippe and his team will handle it promptly. The roof installation was completed in one day and my yard was cleaned up afterward to my satisfaction. I am confident that this roof is better now than the original.

I would like to thank Philippe and Marco's entire crew for the amazing job they did on my roof. Not only did they do the job in one day they went above and beyond to help me organize my huge stones that didn't fall within their typical scope of work. Well done!!! keep it up
