After searching for close to 6 months, we decided to go with Air Solutions for a full renovation of our fireplace. Air Solutions fireplace showroom was by far the nicest and provided a vast selection of stone mantles and fireplaces. Our sales person was extremely helpful in finding the right product and always made sure to keep us informed during the month long construction period. I would highly recommend Air Solutions. Jon

Would not recommend this company to anyone. They have caused nothing but problems. Everytime they come to our house they have to return multiple times because something has been screwed up. Customer Service is terribly lacking and they don't seem to care. I had no choice today but to file a formal complaint against this company as nothing was resolved.

My A/C broke during the heat wave ~ I had two companies come in and quickly suggesting that I replace my six year old AC...So I finally placed a call to Air Solutions to get a third opinion. The technician was very polite, quietly worked for about an hour then came out to explain that the unit was now fixed!! I was shocked but delighted. The A/C has been working for more than two months, so I want to take the time to thank Air Solutions team for their honesty and great customer service. I would definitely refer this company to anyone! Isaac

Beware - company does not honour warranty and service plans. Would not recommend this company to anyone! Giving us the run around and will be filing a formal complaint.

Thought we were buying a premium product and parts and labour warranty to be worry free. Now we are air conditioner free in the middle of the summer!

After calling several companies for quotes on installation of an A/C unit for my 15,00 sq ft. home. I came upon Air Solutions which offered me a very competitve pricing, plus all the knowledge and professional service that I did not receive from the other companies. I was assured the installation will be performed with licensed technicians and they offered warranties that the other HVAC companies couldn't. I was also offered a deferred payment plan, which really assisted with the cost, because my home was a new build and the costs associated wtih moving into a new home were escalating. The deferred payment really helped out.

I would recommend this HVAC company to any person looking for an A/C installation.

We bought a new carrier furnace from air solutions. They were referred by a neighbour. Very tidy and new system works great. The technician's were very helpful in explaining the operation of our new equipment and explaining how to maintain it.

Friendly office staff, knowledgable technicians. We have used them several times since we moved to Whitby 3 years ago. We called them the first summer we moved into our new home when our "new" air conditioner had broken in the middle of a heat wave; the technician was out working on our air conditioner at 9pm and didn't leave until he had it going. Since then we have called them back every year to service both our furnace and air conditioner. We are looking at replacement in the near future. We recommend Air Solutions to all our neighbours.
