Was told 3 times we didn't need to be home. Guy showed up rang doorbell asked to come in, I said lucky I was home he never answered me when I asked twice why he needed to come in as he was just there to get an estimate of damage. Asked me to sign papers saying our deductible would be paid to them I said no it goes to the company we are hiring yo do the roof. And then he proceeded to tell me get this it all depends on the persons mood what you will be covered up to.. lol I know your having a hard time believing this but it's true.. when I told my husband all this he lost it called our insurance company as that's who they deal with our agent was great she said no worries we will take care of it. The following day a guy showed up to temporary patch the areas where wood was exposed due to our area getting lots of rain well the patch job was of a 2 yr old and get this he left the shingles on the ground bye our garage... We have taken pictures and sent to our agent and this horrible of company.. not sure if it's just a poor salesmen or this is the way they conduct business.. can't wait till it's over... But happy for all the good experiences.. stay away from Scott he is a not welcoming and or has few skills to making these unfortunate circumstances any less stressful..
